These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Yoga with Arev, LLC website (yogawitharev.com) and any services described on it. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Yoga with Arev, LLC provides private, semi-private, and corporate yoga and sculpt instruction, taught by Arev. Services are general fitness and wellness instruction. They are not medical care, physical therapy, or a substitute for the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider.

2. Not Medical Advice

Nothing on this site or provided during a session is medical advice. This is especially true for prenatal, postpartum, or any session involving an injury, chronic condition, or recent medical event. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning a new movement practice, and continue to do so throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or any change in your health.

3. Assumption of Risk

Physical movement, including yoga and strength training, carries inherent risk of injury. By participating in any session, you acknowledge this risk and confirm that you are voluntarily participating. This general statement is informational and does not replace the separate health intake and consent form you'll complete before your first session.

4. Eligibility

Services are intended for adults 18 and older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must arrange and consent to services on your behalf.

5. Booking, Cancellation, and Payment

Scheduling is currently handled through our booking link and direct email. Specific cancellation windows, fees, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may be updated as our scheduling process evolves.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

This site links to third-party services, including Google Calendar for scheduling. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites or services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including text, logos, and design, is the property of Yoga with Arev, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yoga with Arev, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its content. This section addresses website use and information only. It does not waive or limit liability for personal injury arising from in-person or virtual instruction, which is addressed separately through our client intake and consent process.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
