This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected in connection with yogawitharev.com, operated by Yoga with Arev, LLC ("we," "us").

This website itself does not include forms, cookies, or tracking scripts, and does not directly collect or store any personal information you submit. If you contact us by email or book a session through our scheduling link, that exchange happens directly through the third-party service you used (see below) or your own email provider.

2. Third-Party Services

We currently use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Calendar — used for consultation booking. Google's privacy policy applies to information you enter there.
• Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google's servers, which may receive your device's IP address as part of that request.
• Email — if you email us directly, that message is handled through our email provider (Google Workspace).

As we add features such as online booking and intake forms (for example, through Acuity Scheduling), this policy will be updated to describe what information is collected there and how it's used.

3. What We Don't Do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

4. Health Information

Once online intake forms are added, they may ask for relevant health information (such as injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy status) to help plan sessions safely. That information is used only to inform instruction and is not shared with third parties except as needed to provide services or as required by law.

5. Your Choices

You can always reach out by email instead of using a booking link if you'd prefer not to use a third-party scheduling service. You can request that we delete any information we hold about you by contacting us.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our tools and services change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
