Private and corporate instruction built around where you are right now — training through a demanding career, moving through motherhood, or simply reclaiming a practice that's yours.
Movement isn't something you check off a list — it's information.
I'm Arev, a yoga and sculpt instructor with a background in data science. I found yoga over a decade ago and deepened my practice in 2020, working through anxiety. I earned my 200-hour certification in 2022 with Yoga One in San Diego, and I'm now completing my 300-hour training with Down Under School of Yoga in Boston.
Over the past five years I've taught nearly every style — slow and restorative, powerful and athletic, strength-focused sculpt — to students from teenagers to older adults, pregnant women and new moms, and corporate teams here and abroad. I think in patterns and outcomes, and I bring that same clarity to how I build a practice: clear structure, real attention to what's working for you, and nothing generic.
